and wakes up around 6-8 hours after.

now i know how did my nose get full of mucus!

believe it or not.

it is simply because i was dehydrated.

how do i know this?

because after i gulp a cup full of water,

the mucus seems to melt and disappear.

then after a few minutes the mucus would come back and fill my nose again.

and also i know this from the colour of my piss.

my chinese form 3 science tuition teacher said that:

that's how you check how healthy your digestion system and whether u have enough fluid in your body.
